The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Malaysia organised on the 17 March 2018. The EGM was organised to discuss and approve the changes to the constitution that was raised by the Registrar of Society Malaysia (ROS). The changes approved during the meeting was the frequency of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). It was changed from fifteen months to twelve months between two AGM. This was the requirement by the ROS and need to be approved before the next AGM. The EGM was followed by the Dinner Talk by Dr Ismail Bahari from Lynas (M) Sdn Bhd.
