The Assistant Medical Review Officer (AMRO) Course and Certification will be held on 18-19 April 2026 (Saturday & Sunday) from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. in Kuala Lumpur.
The examination will be conducted on the second day of the course, including any re-sit examination.
Participants are required to complete the course and obtain certification (by passing the examination) within six (6) months from the course date.
For renewal candidates, the course may be taken as early as six (6) months prior to the current certificate’s expiry date. The new certificate validity will commence from the existing expiry date.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS (JI)
The Joining Instructions, including the e-notes access link and other relevant details, will be emailed 10 days prior to the course date. Please ensure you check your inbox, junk, or spam folders.
REGISTRATION (REPEAT EXAM)
1. For repeat examination registration, please reply to the results email sent from aoemm.trg@gmail.com and attach the payment slip of RM100.
2. The repeat examination is only permitted within six (6) months from the original course date and will be conducted on the second day of the course.
3. Participants who exceed the six (6)-month validity period are required to re-register and re-attend the full course.

HRDC Claimable
- Seat confirmation required – Please upload a screenshot of the PIC’s business card or valid designation to secure your seat.
- Email Ms Syakirah at aoemm.ops@gmail.com to request the required HRDC documents.
The HRDC grant must be approved and ready at least 7 days before the course date.
Company
- Seat confirmation required – Please upload the payment transaction slip or Guarantee Letter.

- The invoice will be emailed to the Person in Charge (PIC) details.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The examination results will be withheld until full payment and/or HRDC grant approval have been received.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- Please check your inbox or spam folder for a copy of the registration form.
- Only participants who have completed registration will be guaranteed a place in the course.
- If more than one participant is registering under the same company, a separate registration form must be completed for each participant.
- For group registrations of five (5) participants or more, please contact the Secretariat.
- Seats are limited to 30 participants per session at the venue. To avoid disappointment, please register early and ensure full payment is made prior to the course.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds or cancellations are permitted within fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. In the event of a no-show, a penalty fee will apply, as AOEMM covers the costs of food and refreshments upon registration confirmation.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the event that the minimum required number of participants (20 pax) is not met, AOEMM reserves the right to postpone the program to a later date. All registered participants will be notified via email, and such notification will be confirmed at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date.
