Eligibility
-Teams of undergraduate medical students from Asia Pacific institutions
-Maximum ten authors per team
-Faculty supervisor endorsement required
Assessment domains
-Relevance to occupational health practice
-Quality of hazard identification and preventive approach
-Scientific rigour and clarity of reporting
-Educational and public health impact
Submission Requirements
• Word Count: 2,000–3,000 words
• Language and Format: Submissions must be in English, typed, double-spaced, and formatted in 12-point Times New Roman font
• References: Submissions should include relevant references, with a consistent citation and referencing style throughout; the Vancouver style is recommended
Timeline
Call for submissions: 26 May 2026
Submission deadline: 1 July 2026
Review period: 2 – 20 July 2026
Final decision: 25 July 2026
Awards for first, second, and consolation will be presented during the Annual General Meeting on 4 August 2026 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.
