Due to the Agung’s Birthday’s Celebration on the 29th July 2017, the AOEMM AGM will be deferred to 5th Aug 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the 11th Annual General Meeting of the Academy of Occupational Medicine, Malaysia shall be held as follows:

Date: Saturday 5th August 2017.
Venue: Novotel Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Time: 1430-1600 hrs

Please inform all members to submit any amendments to the constitutions and other resolutions by 15th July 2017.

  1. Welcome address by the President, Dr Abu Hasan Samad.
  2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 10th AGM held on Saturday 23th July 2016 held at Vistana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
  3. Matters arising from Minutes of the 10th AGM.
  4. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report of AOEMM 2016.
  5. Presentation and adoption of the Audited Statement of Accounts 2016.
  6. Election of four (4) Office Bearers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer).
  7. Election of five (5) Council Members.
  8. Appointment of two (2) internal auditors.
  9. Appointment of an external auditor.
  10. Discussion and acceptance on members’ resolutions and amendments (if any).
  11. Adjournment
